}} Jerome Byron Allen (born January 28, 1973) is an American college basketball coach who formerly played in the NBA and overseas. He was head coach for the University of Pennsylvania men's basketball team until resigning after the 2014–15 season. Allen, a 6'4" (1.93 m) 185 lb (84 kg) shooting guard from the University of Pennsylvania, was a two-time Ivy League player of the year for the Quakers.
